- Determine fit-for-purpose channel and partner mix, addressing VAR and OEM
- Roadmap for ongoing cost management through proactive deal structuring and enhanced replacement/refresh policies
Software License Rationalization & Negotiation
- Benchmarking and license rightsizing to frame negotiation of new deals or software renewals
- Most commonly address Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow, as well as 100+ other software packages spanning security, collaboration, productivity, sales & marketing, ERP, HR, Supply Chain, EIM, and application development
Telecom Cost Optimization
Cloud Sourcing & Deal Restructuring
- Partner with client to support evaluation of hybrid cloud models and selection of preferred cloud / hyperscaler partner(s)
- Negotiation of enterprise Cloud agreements and incentives
- Cloud spend optimization through utilization review, rightsizing, and selective commitment to special products/packages
